All classes are 1 hour. Fitted bicycle shorts, leggings or work-out pants with a t-shirt are ideal clothing. You will not need shoes or any equipment.
All classes are multi-level, challenging to all and focus on conscious fitness and overall health.
We strongly encourage you to attend an average of 3 times per week to see truly great results. Enrollment is limited. Purchase classes and reserve your spaces in advance.
