All classes are 1 hour. Fitted bicycle shorts, leggings or work-out pants with a t-shirt are ideal clothing. You will not need shoes or any equipment.

All classes are multi-level, challenging to all and focus on conscious fitness and overall health.

We strongly encourage you to attend an average of 3 times per week to see truly great results. Enrollment is limited. Purchase classes and reserve your spaces in advance.

Class Policies

24-hour notice is required to cancel your class reservation or it will be counted as taken.
Please cancel if you are sick.  You will not be charged in cases of illness or emergencies.
We require no membership fees and your purchase does not expire...
as a result, we do not offer refunds or transfers.
