Private sessions are one-on-one, on the equipment, with an
instructor. An intricate series of motions, exercises and awareness
techniques all contribute to a private session. We address your
unique issues and lead you on a progressive journey to know your own
body. Whether you take only a few privates to aid your progress in
mat classes, or you commit to a long-term program of redefining and
fine-tuning your body’s abilities, you will be amazed at your
results. Exceptional for injuries, chronic physical issues,
therapeutic post-surgical training, mastering your chosen sport,
etc. you will find privates to be a remarkable experience.
Incorporating hard work (based on your abilities), intricate
stretching, gait-analysis, massage and anatomical education,
privates never fail to advance your personal goals.
Duets are similar to Private Sessions except that two people are
with one instructor. They are, for obvious reasons, not as
intricately related to you, but are valuable for experiencing
intricate feedback on your biomechanics.
